Condition of the products

Brand new and unused, in its original unopened box. Complete with everything the manufacturer includes.

Products and prices

The essential features of each item are listed on its product page. Prices are shown in US dollars, and the total shown at checkout is the total we charge. Any tax we are required to collect is shown before you pay. When an item leaves the country it is stocked in, import duties and local taxes are set by the destination country and collected by the carrier, as explained on the shipping policy page.

Orders and payment

Check your cart, your details and your address before paying. Confirming the order creates an obligation to pay, and we email you a confirmation with your order number. Card payments are processed by Stripe: your full card details go straight to Stripe, this site never receives or stores them. We may cancel and refund an order in full if the item turns out to be unavailable or if the order appears fraudulent.

Delivery

Orders are prepared in our New York facility within 3 working days. The complete estimate from the order date, including that handling period, is 10 to 12 calendar days to any United States address. The final address-based dates shown at checkout are repeated in the confirmation email. Full details, including customs and import duties, are on the delivery policy page.

Returns and refunds

You can ask to return an eligible item within 180 calendar days of delivery, for any reason. Garden Gear Depot pays the return shipping and emails you a prepaid label. Your refund is issued within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the item, to the original payment method. The full conditions are on the returns and refunds page, and you can send a request from the return request form.

Your rights under the law come first, and our policy is added on top of them. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a full refund under applicable United States and New York consumer protection law and under the manufacturer’s warranty. Nothing on this site reduces those rights, and our 180 day return policy applies in addition to them.

Manufacturer’s warranty

Because every item is unused, it carries the manufacturer’s own warranty, on the manufacturer’s terms and for the period the manufacturer sets. We do not shorten it, extend it or replace it, and the warranty paperwork is inside the box. Our 180 day return policy sits on top of that warranty and takes nothing away from it.

Support, disputes and applicable law

For any complaint, write to support@gardengeardepot.com. We look at every request and try to settle it directly. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York have jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms removes or limits any consumer right that the law of your state grants you and that cannot be waived by contract.
