Handling time
Your order is prepared and handed to the carrier within 3 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Delivery time from the order date
Every item we sell is held in our New York facility and dispatched from there. The estimates below start on the calendar day the order is placed and already include the handling period above.
To any United States address: 10 to 12 calendar days, tracked.
Checkout confirms the exact dates from the delivery address you enter. The exact address-based dates shown before payment are attached to your order and repeated in the confirmation email. Carrier disruption, severe weather or a public holiday can occasionally move the date; if that happens, the tracking link carries the latest carrier update.
Delivery cost
Tracked delivery is free to every United States address, with no minimum order. We ship to every United States address. Garden Gear Depot adds nothing to your total after payment is confirmed.
Customs and import duties
Ordering to a US address? There is nothing to pay when it arrives. Your order is dispatched from New York to a US address, so it never crosses a border. No import duty, no customs fee at the door, no carrier clearance fee. The price you paid on this site is the whole price.
Tracking
As soon as the carrier scans your parcel, we email you the tracking details we have. If tracking has not moved for several days, write to us and we will chase the carrier for you.
Late or damaged parcels
Write to support@gardengeardepot.com with your order number. If the parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us a photo, it makes the claim much faster. A parcel that is late, lost or damaged in transit is our problem to solve, not yours.
