Products and pricing
We make every effort to display products, specifications and prices accurately. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Orders
An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel orders for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy. Products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty.
Safe use
Outdoor power equipment must be operated according to the manufacturer's manual. Garden Gear Depot is not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse.
