Shipping Policy

Free shipping

Garden Gear Depot offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States (48 states). We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Parcel (walk-behind, self-propelled mowers, power tools): 3–7 business days.
Freight (riding, lawn tractors, zero turn mowers): 5–10 business days. The carrier will call to schedule a curbside delivery appointment.

Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Freight deliveries

Please inspect your mower before signing the delivery receipt. If the packaging or product is damaged, note it on the receipt, take photos, and contact us at contact@gardengeardepot.com within 48 hours.
