Returns & Refund Policy

30-day returns

You may return an unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

How to start a return

1. Email contact@gardengeardepot.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply with a return authorization and shipping instructions within one business day.
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

Returns sent without a return authorization cannot be accepted.

Conditions

• The product must be unused, with no fuel or oil added, and include all parts and manuals.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or defective items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Warranty

After 30 days, products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We are happy to help you file a warranty claim.
